The Glazer Family Foundation’s Back-To-School program donates backpacks to youth organizations located throughout Central Florida. Each summer, thousands of kids receive backpacks filled with school supplies and Buccaneers merchandise. In 2012, 71 nonprofit organizations received backpacks through the Back-To-School program.
The Glazer Family Foundation assists non-profit organizations residing within Marion, Citrus, Lake, Sumter, Hernando, Orange, Seminole, Pasco, Polk, Osceola, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, De Soto, Sarasota and Charlotte counties.
Buc-pack recipients will be notified in July and backpacks will not be available before August 1. All applicants and recipients of the program will be contacted by the Foundation.
